Update requests assigned to you

As an assignee of requests, you can update requests in Help Desk in the following ways:

Put a request on hold
Upload a file to a request
Print work forms
Print request details
Add an internal note to a request
Notify additional users
View notifications
Add labor by user
View request history
Copy a request
Reopen a closed request
View requests on a mobile device
View the calendar

You can also see what each request status means.
