Destiny Help Desk admin users can easily view reports.

Click Reports, then select your desired report.

Reports include:

Report Description

Request

Shows the total number of requests in a set time frame and the average number of days requests are open.
SLA (Service level agreement) Shows the total number of requests that are linked to an SLA; as well as the number that are compliant, at risk, and have breached either the first response and/or resolution time.
Purchases Shows the purchase transaction history for all requests, as well as total cost and total number of purchase transactions.
Labor Shows the total number of labor hours for each user, the average days open, and the total labor cost.
Total Cost Shows the total number of requests, total labor costs, total purchase costs, total inventory costs, total costs, and the average cost per request.
Asset

Shows the total number of requests, total labor hours and costs, total purchase costs, total inventory costs, and total cost per asset.

(Request) Summary Dashboard Shows bar, column, pie, and line charts with request data, such as the total, open, and closed requests, along with requests submitted and completed based on various criteria.
Labor Dashboard Shows bar, column, pie, and line charts showing labor costs, such as by hour, user, month, building.
Total Cost Dashboard Shows bar, column, pie, and line charts showing total costs, such as per request, labor, and building.
Technology Summary Dashboard Shows bar, column, pie, and line charts showing data, such as total costs and total requests.
