Manage campuses/locations

In Destiny Help Desk, a campus/location is a group of buildings. You can set up your district as the campus/location, or you can create several campuses/locations within your district.

Users with the Manage Site Settings administrative permission can add and edit campuses/locations.

Important: You cannot delete or inactivate a campus.

You can customize your view of this page.

To add a campus/location:

  1. Select Settings > Setup Items > Manage Campus/Locations.
  2. Click + Add Campus. The Manage Campus page appears.
  3. Enter a name.
  4. Click Save.

To edit the name of a campus/location:

  1. Select Settings > Setup Items > Manage Campus/Locations.
  2. Next to the campus/location you want, click Edit icon. The Manage Campus page appears.
  3. Update the name.
  4. Click Save.
