Delete a request

Destiny Help Desk users with the Can Delete Requests administrative permission can delete requests. They can also view the deletion history.

Note: Requests with logged labor hours, files, or transactions cannot be deleted.

1. Select Requests > View All Requests.
2. Find a request by searching or using a filter(s).
   
3. Click the Request ID for the request you want to delete.

   

4. Select Actions > Delete.

   

5. On the confirmation pop-up, click Yes.

   

6. Click OK.
