Integrate Help Desk with Resource Manager
Before using Destiny Help Desk with Resource Manager, you need to do the following:
- Purchase a Help Desk subscription.
- Upgrade to Destiny version 22.5.
- Enable in Destiny Back Office.
- Set up Destiny SSO groups in Help Desk to give users access to it.
- Ensure the Destiny Administrator enables Help Desk on the Update District Sites page in Destiny Back Office.

- Set up Resource Type Categories for each template to reflect either IT/Technology or Other in Resource Manager (Catalog > Add Resource > Edit Templates sub-tab) so Help Desk knows which resource types to include and exclude.
