Add an On Hold status reason
There may be times when a request has parts that need to be ordered, or a technician has to stop working on it. Destiny Help Desk users with the Manage Site Settings administrative permission can customize On Hold status reasons.
- Select Settings > Setup Items > Mange Request Status. The Manage Request Status page appears.
- In the On Hold row, click
. The Request Status page appears.
- Next to Status Reasons, click + Add new record.
- Enter the desired Reason.
- Click
.
- Click Save.
The reason you entered appears in the drop-down when a status is changed to On Hold.
