About Destiny Help Desk
Destiny Help Desk is a subscription service integrated with Destiny Resource Manager to track service requests. Districts using Resource Manager version 22.5 with enabled can track IT service requests from the time they are submitted until they are closed.
All members of a school community can directly or indirectly benefit from Help Desk. Staff, teachers, students, and even parents can submit a request, which can be approved before it is assigned to a technician to investigate.
Technicians can add labor, repair costs, and other transactions related to a request. Administrators can view requests based on various statuses. They can also run a variety of reports, and customize Help Desk to meet their district's needs.
